There is no cancellation fee after the initial three-year commitment—after that, you’re free to cancel anytime without penalty. What happens to my roof if I decide to cancel?
If you choose to cancel your subscription, Terra Energy will handle the full removal of the solar system at no cost to you. Our team will carefully take down the equipment and restore your roof to its original condition, just as it was before installation. We take every precaution during both installation and removal to protect your home and ensure a seamless process from start to finish. Your peace of mind—and your property—are always our top priority.
What happens if I move before my contract ends?
No worries—if you move before your contract ends, we offer flexible solutions to fit your situation. In most cases, we can transfer your solar agreement to the new homeowner at no cost, making it an added benefit when selling your home. Alternatively, if you're moving nearby, we may be able to transfer the system to your new residence. If neither option is viable, our flexible cancellation policy is designed to help you navigate the transition smoothly. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure everything is handled with care and ease.
