Jaime Martinez, a husband and father of two is the visionary leader and driving force behind Terra Energy, who has established the company as Mexico's largest residential solar provider. With more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry, including roles at Pemex and Emerson, Jaime brings invaluable expertise to Terra Energy. He holds a master's degree in Chemical Engineering (specializing in renewable energy) and an MBA focused on finance from Cornell University, where he received prestigious scholarships. Jaime is an avid kitesurfer and has been playing chess for decades.

President
Jeremy Green serves as President of Terra Energy in the U.S., responsible for strategy, marketing, sales, and business development. He helped secure the expansion capital supporting Terra’s U.S. growth and has facilitated over $500 million in transactions, with deep expertise in private equity, real estate, and capital markets. He grew up in Stowe, Vermont, and attended Ohio State University and the University of Colorado.

Chief Operations Officer
Michael Brubaker brings decades of experience leading operations, technology, and complex organizations, with a strong background in systems modernization and process optimization. Michael applies a hands-on, disciplined leadership approach focused on reliability, transparency, and execution. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Florida Institute of Technology.
