Jaime Martinez, the visionary leader and driving force behind Terra Energy, has established the company as Mexico's largest residentialsolar provider. With more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry, including roles at Pemex and Emerson, Jaime brings invaluable expertise to Terra Energy. He holds a master's degree in Chemical Engineering (specializing in renewable energy) and an MBA focused on finance from Cornell University, where he received prestigious scholarships. Jaime is an avid kitesurfer and has been playing chess for decades.

Jeremy Green

Chief Growth Officer

Jeremy Green serves as Terra Energy's Chief Growth Officer in the U.S. market and executes the company's expansion strategy. He has a strong track record of facilitating over $500 million in transactions and extensive expertise in private equity, real estate, and capital markets. He brings an entrepreneurial, dynamic approach to the team. Jeremy grew up in Stowe, Vermont, and attended Ohio State University and the University of Colorado.

Suchet Singh

Chief Financial Officer

Suchet has 25 years of experience in Finance and Accounting with various corporations – General Electric, Siemens, Google, Amazon and Ernst & Young. He has deep experience in mergers & acquisitions experience across 80+ deals. As Mechanical engineer, he has been deep in the power engineering industry. He is an alum of the Kellogg School of Management, and is based in our Miami, FL headquarters.

Blenda Medina

General Manager

Blenda Medina joined Terra Energy in 2023 as General Manager, overseeing the internal areas of the company. Before joining Terra Energy, Blenda Medina was the Chief Operations Officer at Z-Tech and Deputy Director of Strategic Planning. With a specialization in Finance, Blenda Medina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga. Blenda Medina holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Josue E. Cruz

Technology Director

Josue Emmanuel Cruz joined Terra Energy in 2019 as the Technology Director. He develops various applications to improve performance and optimize processes using Artificial Intelligence alongside his team. Josue Emmanuel Cruz has a strong background in technology, having developed systems and platforms for multiple organizations He holds a BA in Information Technology and a Master's in Project Management from Universidad Tecnológica de México. Josue Emmanuel Cruz is passionate about traveling, cooking, cycling, and staying updated on new technologies.
