Founder & CEO
Jaime Martinez, a husband and father of two is the visionary leader and driving force behind Terra Energy, who has established the company as Mexico's largest residential solar provider. With more than 15 years of experience in the energy industry, including roles at Pemex and Emerson, Jaime brings invaluable expertise to Terra Energy. He holds a master's degree in Chemical Engineering (specializing in renewable energy) and an MBA focused on finance from Cornell University, where he received prestigious scholarships. Jaime is an avid kitesurfer and has been playing chess for decades.

Michael Brubaker brings decades of experience leading operations, technology, and complex organizations, with a strong background in systems modernization and process optimization.
