Terra Energy Holiday Solar Bonus
1. Promotion Overview
The Terra Energy Holiday Solar Bonus (“Promotion”) offers eligible customers a $250 gift card and one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win a $2,500 bundle prize, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
- Promotion is open to homeowners who are 18 years or older.
- Property must qualify for a Terra Energy solar subscription based on location, utility service, home ownership, and technical requirements.
- Only one (1) entry per household is permitted.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Terra Energy are not eligible.
3. How to Qualify
To qualify for the Promotion, participants must:
Complete a solar eligibility check with Terra Energy during the promotional period, and
Sign a Terra Energy solar subscription agreement within the promotional timeframe, and
Meet all standard qualification requirements.
Failure to complete all steps may result in disqualification.
4. Promotional Period
Promotion is valid for a limited time and expires on December 31, 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier by Terra Energy.
Terra Energy reserves the right to modify or end the Promotion at any time.
5. $250 Gift Card
- Eligible participants who successfully enroll will receive one (1) $250 gift card.
- Gift card type (digital or physical) and brand may vary.
- Gift card has no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged.
6. Raffle & Winner Selection
One (1) raffle entry is awarded per eligible household.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion ends.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone.
If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, Terra Energy reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Description – $2,500 Bundle
The raffle winner may choose one (1) of the following bundle categories, with a maximum total value of $2,500:
Home Improvement Bundle
Smart Home Energy Bundle
Family Vacation Bundle
Smart Tech Bundle
Backyard Bundle
Prizes will be fulfilled as products, gift cards, credits, services, or equivalent value, at Terra Energy’s discretion.
Specific brands, models, vendors, and availability may vary.
8. Reward Fulfillment
Any promotional offer, incentive, referral reward, or gift card—whether mentioned on Terra Energy’s website, in advertisements, marketing materials, or communicated by a sales representative—will only be fulfilled after the solar system has been fully installed and activated.
No reward will be issued for canceled or incomplete installations. Terra Energy reserves the right to withhold rewards if installation does not occur or if the terms of the subscription agreement are not met.
9. Prize Limitations
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Any costs exceeding the $2,500 prize value are the responsibility of the winner.
Terra Energy is not responsible for third-party services unless explicitly stated.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
11. General Conditions
Terra Energy reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance.
Fraud, abuse, or manipulation may result in disqualification.
Terra Energy’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final.
12. Privacy
Participant information will be handled in accordance with Terra Energy’s Privacy Policy.
13. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by Terra Energy and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party brands referenced.
